Language is the dress of thought.A speech needs a language . The UNESCO advocates that every child should be able to
read and write in his or her mother tongue, as well as in the other dominant languages of that region, by the time he or she leaves school. India is known for its diversity of languages . Basically, three languages are taught in India schools. However no man fully capable of his language ever masters another.
Learning new language is a hobby to many. Learn a new languages, master possible. At the same time one should not neglect one's mother
tongue. There are good examples of people who have learnt more than ten languages. Today there are 'Teach yourself' books designed to help learns. Moving
with people who speak a language different from yours also help to pick up their language.One can attend classes conducted by various organisations.
what is the advantages of learning new language or languages? people ask. One can improve his personality as he can come closer to those who speak to him in their own language. That is, he can mix with them. His scope of learning becomes wider.
Now a day's people move from place to place.While travelling different parts of the country knowledge of languages certainly is helpful. Life
became s easier if you know the language of the area where you might have to stay. Suppose you are transferred from Chennai to Lucknow What would
you do?Of course English ,if you know Hindi you can definitely manage. Besides.Learning a new language, good command over a language. There is benefit
in having a good command over English language. It helps in Ones career too.
